This policy sets out Erotika’s logistics commitments, designed to offer discretion, speed and transparency.

Processing and Delivery Times

To guarantee quality service and support local logistics, Erotika works mainly with logistics partners based in the European Union. This strategic choice ensures reliable shipping and better control of the flow of goods.

● Preparation time: every confirmed order is prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
● Estimated delivery time: delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on the final destination and the carrier selected. These times are given for information only when the order is placed.
● Complete discretion: all our parcels are shipped in plain, opaque packaging to fully protect your privacy.

Rates, Fees and Transfer of Risk

Unless expressly stated when the cart is confirmed, shipping costs are paid by the buyer and calculated according to the weight and volume of the parcel and its destination.
In accordance with Article L. 216-4 of the French Consumer Code, any risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to the customer when the customer (or a third party designated by them) takes physical possession of the goods.

Logistics Liability

Erotika is automatically liable to the customer for the proper performance of the obligations arising from the sales contract. However, we cannot be held liable if the non-performance or improper performance of the contract is attributable to the customer, to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract, or to a case of force majeure (as defined by the case law of French or European courts).
